In “In the Picture”, each participant has their photograph taken against a range of colored backgrounds. During the event, all the imagery is processed to create a spectacular closing video that stars the participants themselves. First a fast-moving sequence of individual faces, then a montage of 4 faces, then 16, then 64, until there are too many to count. The camera view moves back further until all the images have created the company logo or message in a spectacular 3-minute event climax that recognizes the contribution your people make to the company´s success. 

This activity,  reinforces to individuals that they have a role to play in the company. It emphasises that everyone matters and that together they are a living representation of the brand.
