A professional dance instructor organizes and introduces the whole group into the basic steps of salsa.  The group repeats the moves and then is challenged to perform a complete set of movements following the rhythm of energizing Latin music.

The activity continues by adding more challenging moves and the environment becomes frenetic and fun when trying to put it all together.  A selection of team members is drawn for a friendly salsa competition.  The audience selects the winner.
