Prior to The Big Picture activity, our graphic designers work with you to create an artwork that is reflective of your goals, values, mission and vision.

The event begins with individuals joining into small teams and collecting brushes, paint, a diagram outlining their canvas, and a blank canvas. They then set about as a team to mix paints to create the right colors and paint their canvas. Soon into the exercise, teams realize that for the overall artwork to be successful, they need to collaborate with other teams.

Once complete, the highlight of the activity is the final reveal where the masterpiece is unveiled for the first time, which always results in loud cheers.
